You attach the sleeve to the scratching post with a Velcro strap. After a certain amount of pulling, the sleeve opens again so that there is no risk of injury to the cat. The sleeve itself does not contain any filling. Like all our products, it is manufactured in accordance with the Oeko-Tex® 100 standard and is packed in Germany. The design is based on our 4cats Wildlife collection collection.
